History of the Ivy League Rugby Championship
Ivy League Rugby is steeped in tradition. In 1968 the first known Ivy League Rugby Championships were played at Brown University. The competition has remained fierce ever since. Since 1998, Dartmouth has dominated the tournament with eight championships. In 2008, Dartmouth surpassed Brown with their 12th Ivy League Championship title. Brown has eleven. Harvard follows in third with eight tournament wins. |
