Note from Kerri
NCAA/Varsity initiative. - this is relevant to the men - as its conceivable that mens 7's could become a varsity sport in the Ivys - and the ground the women are covering now around the NCAA guidelines is useful. Deb and I are both on the women's strategic committee - and can offer some insight into institutional responses to a request for varsity as well as USA Rugby's response to the NCAA initiative - and of course the NCAA's response.

Note from Alex
Discussion of how to organize our season(s) to better include both 7s and 15s.
Potential options to discuss include moving the 15s season to late winter / spring; status quo continuing; mixture of both 7s/15s both seasons; other ideas?
Please ask all Board members to come prepared with ideas and logistical issues for fall start / end dates, spring start / end dates, spring break, use of turf fields, earliest potential start times in calendar for fall and spring seasons, exam periods, etc
Discussion of how we can help get all 16 teams included in Ivy play
Near term how can we help incorporate last 2 women's teams into the conference
