Saturday Night Reception
hosted by Brown Rugby

All coaches, school administrators, referees, and tournament sponsors are invited to a reception, hosted by Brown Rugby, at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Middletown, RI.from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 14. Beer, wine, soft drinks and snack foods will be served. Dress is casual. The women's coaches will be holding a coaches meeting around this reception and are invited to enjoy the event as well.

The purpose of the reception is to welcome all clubs to Rhode Island and Brown, to discuss any tournament business as well as discuss the Ivy League Tournament for 2008. Coaches will probably want to get back with their teams, so this receptions is intended to be relatively brief but informative. Please make every effort to attend.

Directions to the Marriott Courtyard from Glen Farm:

Come out of Glen Farms and take a left onto 138 (East Main Road).
Make a right at Oliphant Lane.
At the end of Oliphant take a left on 114 (West Main Road).
At the second light (711 Store) take a right - Access Road Hotel is on the right.
