The second full week of men’s league play witnessed exactly one league game: the Harvard men overcoming Brown 36-17. In non-league action, Dartmouth’s September tour of elite college rugby programs ended with a tough loss to Navy.

Ivy Week Two—Women: Brown, Cornell Fight Hard and Win
The second full week of Ivy Rugby competition was relatively quiet, with two games rescheduled due to the pope's visit to Philadelphia. The games that occurred were exciting, however—the Brown women cooled a fiery Harvard team coming off a blow-out win (over Yale), and Cornell came back from a shut-out loss the week before (to Brown) to beat Yale.
