Dartmouth College Rugby 7s Lineup - Collegiate Championships

Dartmouth's 7s lineup has been presented by coach Alex Magelby for the inaugural Rugby 7s Collegiate Championship this Saturday and Sunday. Dartmouth starts thing off this evening with a match against Notre Dame.

Coach Magleby says the Dartmouth boys are ready to go!

Coach Alex Magleby commented on the upcoming event by saying We are looking forward to tonight's match -- in it can't come soon enough. The guys have been managing their final exams the last few days, including today, with great energy. Tonight's match against Notre Dame will be a good release for them . Magleby, the former USA 7s Captain, also said It's a beautiful pitch, and has the feel of an international 7s tournament. It's been a good experience so far .

NBC Sports will present coverage of the inaugural Rugby 7s Collegiate Championship this Saturday and Sunday from 4-6 p.m. ET from Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Universal Sports will provide extended coverage Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 p.m. ET.

In October of 2009, Rugby 7s was reinstated as an Olympic sport for 2016. It last appeared in the Olympics in 1924 with the United States winning the gold medal.
