USA Rugby Men's Division I-AA 2013 Spring Playoffs
The Men's Competitions Committee (Kevin Battle, Chair; Pat Kane; Tom Rooney; Josh Smith; and Todd Streeter) developed the following playoff formats for USA Rugby Division I-AA.
Division I-AA includes a combination of postseason assignments for the automatic qualifying teams emerging from the twelve eligible college conferences, and four at-large opportunities for otherwise deserving and eligible teams.
Teams may appeal for an at-large consideration by completing and returning the At-Large Application, which have been distributed to all Independent teams and conferences.

Men's Division I-AA Finals: May 11-12
Northeast -- Pittsburgh, PA
East Coast, Empire, Ivy, At Large
South -- Knoxville, TN
Atlantic Coast, Southeastern, South Independent, At Large
Midwest -- Madison, WI
Heart of America, Keystone, Mid-American, At Large
West -- Austin, TX
Northwest, Pacific Mountain West, Pacific Western, At Large
